Things you cut/changed:
Nothing, there is no reason to pound or grind on bikes anymore. Everything slides right into place.
Parts you end up going through most often…
Pedals, chains, and cranks.
Which part of your bike do you dread working on the most?
I don’t really mind working on my bike that much, but I don’t really like putting new tires on.. I just don’t like the way new tires feel.
Have you ever run a set of pegs?
YES! I used the grind the shit out of things, I could Brian Wizmerski anything.. Being from Oregon I liked to lay down some crunchy pool coping grinds infront of pissed off skateboarders… This Reminds me, one time back when I was like 15, I was riding my local park and you (Ryan Fudger), Gary Young and some other SD locals showed up and you grinded this quarter right in front of this skater dude. He then said it “ruined his day.” HAHA
How would you describe your bike, dialed, disaster, depends on how lazy you are?
I would say my bike is pretty “dialed” but now it has this big dent in the top tube because I couldn’t seem to pull an air out “monkey transfer” for your camera.
Weirdest thing you ate in Japan…
I would have to say everything… I never eat meat in the good ol’ USofA, so while I was in Japan I completely relapsed. You guys ate all sorts of shit; pretty sure everyone loved eating Horse.

You can now try different colors on your bike before you actually paint it.
“Today At the Bike FIlm Festival Tony Cardona Attempted a alley opp wall tap of this ramp and some how ripped his shin apart. I saw his bone and he looked like he was in alot of pain. They used a white shirt and some duct tape to keep it closed until the hospital. It looks like he’s off the bike for a while….Broke Off”
Ouch. Get well soon.
For the first time since his near fatal accident last fall BMX rider Mike Aitken has decided to release some of the pictures and footage of his recovery.
He feels it’s important to show the impact that one fall can have, and wants to share what it’s taken to try and get it all back.”
Modifications:
Just put it toghether, i cut my fork a little since i don’t use spacers
Describe your personal bike setup:
I like it simple, seat not too far down, bars a little forward and high, 30-10 gearing.
Describe the contents of your personal bike tool bag:
A 15 and 17 key, a 5,6 and 8mm allenkey, a piece of chain and a chain tool, a cobra tube, a plier which i still have to give back to Simone, next week i promes!
What part do you wear through the quickest?
Grips.
What part do you break most often?
Back rims because of the mellow quarters in my park, to many hang ups there..haha
Do you patch flat tyres or get new tubes?
Depends of the situation, mostly new tubes.
Which parts are you paranoid about breaking?
Dunno, I saw two frames breaking at the last two contests I have been to, maybe the stem would be worst…
Where do your parts go when you’re done with them?
To the kids who just started riding at my local park
Who builds your wheels? Anything special about them?
Toni, a 60 year old guy from my town did it but now I do it by myself, he did a way better job though! Haha.
Cassette or freecoaster?
Cassette, like it better and you can slow down going backwards.
Kevlar bead or regular bead tires?
Don’t even know what that means sorry…
Plastic pedals or metal?
Plastic, they say they don’t hurt the shins that bad.
